Booking is simple! Fill out our event request form on our home page and will be in touch with you as soon as possible to verify availability. If we are able to book your scheduled event day, our site will require a refundable deposit to secure your date. Please read our cancellation policy for refundable details.
We require 1 hour prior to event time for a soft play setup, 2 hours prior to your event time for a soft play/balloon package. Rest assured this does not interfere with your 4 hour rental time.
Clean up time for either requires 1 hour.
Our soft play equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to your event. On the day of your event during setup, equipment will get another wipe down. Our sanitize fogger makes it easier to hit all soft play areas with Clean Smart products. Clean Smart is safe for children while killing 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.

For any outdoor event, Tiny Adventures will require a $100 cash security deposit. In the event that our equipment is stained, damaged, or if reason to believe the rules were not followed we would keep your deposit. If inspection goes well upon pick up- the $200 will be returned the day of your event.
If you cancel two weeks prior to your event, the client will either A. Be able to reschedule event date to another day we can both agree on or B. receive deposit back. The deposit is ONLY refundable if cancelled two weeks prior to event. After two weeks is up, the only deposit that will be refunded would be due to weather as in rain/snow and we are unable to setup at your event.
We are fully licensed and insured. If your venue requires certificate, please have them email us at tinyadventuresoftplay@gmail.com and we will provide them with proper documentation.
Yes. Tiny Adventures requires a signed wavier the day of the event. We recommend you read through our wavier to understand you are liable for your children's safety and our equipment. Adults must be attentive and supervise all children in the soft play area at all times. If anything is damaged or missing, the customer will be liable to pay a fee up to $500.
Currently our delivery fee is free for Middletown, NY residents only. Orange County, NY residents may receive a promotional delivery fee. Any client outside of Orange County, NY will pay $1.50 per mile one way. Delivery fee based on event location and will be added to final balance day of the event.
Our soft play setups can be setup indoors or outdoors depending on the customers provided space. We have three different size packages that you can choose from. We can set up in your home, backyard, restaurant, hall, local firehouse, or even your garage!
We ask that you clear the space prior to our arrival time to ensure proper setup.
If your space cannot accommodate our smallest basic package we will create something that can! We can do any size or shape that best fits your needs. Reach out to us to let us know your thoughts and we will be happy to quote you a price.
Tiny Adventures will charge $50 per additional hour. This is based on our availability.
There is no discounted rate for 3 hour events.
As warmer weather approaches we understand the urge to setup outside, this is possible but weather permitting. If there is any chance of rain in the forecast for your event day unfortunately, we are unable to setup outside. We ask that you have a backup plan in mind while considering an outdoor event. In the event of rain you will either have the option to relocate the party indoors, reschedule for an available date, OR receive your deposit back (only for rain/snow). Tiny Adventures will reach out 1 week prior to your event regarding weather and make the ultimate decision 2 days prior to your event. We thank you for your understanding.
We ask that if you are having us at your outdoor event, the soft play area is set up in a shaded area. Our soft play is a leather like material that may get hot if exposed to direct sunlight. If your outdoor area is direct sunlight, we will give you the option to setup your own canopy tent or rent one from us to assemble for a small fee. Outdoor play areas must be setup on flat yard. No hills, dirt, Gravel or millings.
We realize how wonderful it is to have your event setup outside. Keep in mind soft play is a leather like material that can get very hot in direct sun exposure. We always recommend setting up in a shaded area, or setting up under a canopy tent. We do prefer the tent already setup upon arrival but we do have a 12x12 available as an add on.
